This theme is a two-column theme for WordPress called Red Portal. There is one column for the posts, and one column acting as the sidebar; there are two horizontal bars - one on the top and one on the bottom. When the page scrolls these horizontal bars remain staticly in place - with one exception: IE6.
This is more than your average four-column WordPress Theme however, you can add in styles that you can allow your viewers to change on the fly using active stylesheets. It comes with four styles, and it is fairly straightforward to change them and add your own, and comes with instructions.

All of the major sidebar functionality is written in, with a lot of contents to show you how to alter it to your own tastes.
Installation
First, this theme requires WordPress 1.5+ Once you have downloaded the theme, unzip it and:
- Upload the unzipped theme to your
wp-content/themes/directory. - Enter your Admin panel -> Presentation and select the theme.
Frequently Asked Questions
None so far! It is a simple unzip, install and off you go. You can edit the theme as you wish (it IS commented a little bit). Please read the README file included with the release, it tells you parts that you might to alter. If you have any questions, you can comment here, or you can go over to the WordPress Forums.
