Digitalis WordPress Theme

Announcing the release of a new two-column, widget-ready, gravatar-ready, and SEO-friendly WordPress theme called ‘Digitalis’.

Trying a few new pieces of code, I have placed the header section as a fixed position on the page. This works on Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and IE7. Sadly, but expectedly, it does not work on IE6. As I always say to people I know that use IE6 – get a new browser, it’s the 21st century.

Screenshot:

The main content column is on the left, and the sidebar is on the right. Default sidebar setup contains search box, calendar, archives, pages, categories, blogroll, tag cloud, and last 5 posts.

The theme has been built on WordPress 2.6.2 and tested with WordPress 2.6 and WordPress 2.6.2 – and is of course, widget ready and SEO ready. This has now been updated to be compatible with WordPress 2.7 threaded comments.

If you like this wordpress theme, or others, please consider making a donation.

This is a two column wordpress 2.7 theme, designed for backwards compatibility, gravatar-ready, widget-ready, and threaded-comments compliant.

The header is a static piece that the rest of the page scrolls underneath….
