WordPress Theme: Very English
Wednesday August 27, 2008
This is a theme I have used on my own personal blog for some time now. Only recently have I decided to finish it off and fix any issues that were outstanding. It’s a straightforward theme, simple, two columns, and ready for anyone to use as they wish.
It is a fully-compliant xhtml and css validated (although the css doesn’t validate because of some Opera-css hacks though, remove them and it validates), SEO-friendly, an web-2.0 style wordpress theme. Named ‘Very English’ because of the flag I used at the bottom right, this can be replaced by anything you want, as can the image of the famous ‘The Son of man’ painting.
See the Very English WordPress Theme page for more details, screenshots, links. If you want to download it please feel free! It is released under a GPL license.
