But that is not always a bad thing. After all, bloggers work hard at their (our) craft, many hours researching, writing, networking, corresponding. It -is- a career these days and why shouldn’t a blogger ? It is no different than any other form of media!

As a blogger I found one of the most difficult things to do was picking the right advertising to put on my blog. Having one particular advert is ok, but what if the article doesn’t suit the advertising that shows on that page? If I put an advert for home insurance, it would look stupid next to an article about buying a new mouse.

That’s why being writing a blog for money is better, you get paid for the article and you can use contextual advertising like Google AdSense that will change to the context of the article itself.

As I have been putting more into my home grown business lately I have been resurrecting my blogging activities, and that means I need to get paid to blog sometimes. Having useful and subject-releated articles to write, and to get paid for them, is a real plus for me and my blog/site.
