As several people have asked for clarification on this, I have finished the short README on how to set up featured posts on the News Print 2.0 Theme. This is fairly straightforward and to be honest it won’t take you long, a couple of minutes at most.
One thing though - just remember to set up the category in the first place! 
Web Design services include full website design, logo design, banner design, template design (e.g., for e-commerce integration with existing web sites), and maintenance of current websites. This also include Content Management Systems and associated template designs.
