Since I don’t drive here, I find myself having little sympathy for the day to day woes of drivers, the high gas petrol bill for example, or the charges that the government is debating for driving every mile (more in the city, less in the rural areas, more in congested roads, less in small country roads).

I had to have a quiet laugh to myself tonight though, reading the Times article about taking a pill to cure road rage:

“It is a vaguely defined condition for which effective treatments have not been identified. Research suggests that serotonin, a chemical that helps regulate mood and emotions, may play a role,” say the researchers.

Here’s a solution to road rage that doesn’t involve popping a pill: don’t drive.
