Yes, you too can drink all day long, 24 hours a day AND gamble!
Providing of course, that you are in a legal British establishment. How intelligent those Government ministers are, letting us gamble with our 24 hour day drinking. How thoughtful, how forward-looking.
No wait, let me get my head out of my a** for a minute. How incredibly STUPID. How inane. How unimaginatively dumb. Why? I have to ask that question. Why? Why let pubs provide gambling? I’m not talking about the slot machine in the corner, which have been the staple of british pubs for a long time now, I’m talking about -poker-!
Yes, no hardcore stuff, just a bit of cards with the booze.

We have a problem with people gambling at the bars here too. But I think Poker would be better than the machines they have right now that take $20 bills at a time. Being better if there were maximum bet limits. At least a poker hand would last longer than a pull of the slot machine. In other words, $20 would last longer playing cards.
Or did I read the topic wrong and it’s Drinking and Poke her?
