Usually the girl(s) who presents the weather in the morning on the Beeb, is right about the weather. Yesterday she said that it would be raining all weekend, what a dreary thought that was, let me tell you. Yet this morning when I woke up, the sun was trying to peek through the thin covering of clouds we had. Then about 9am it came out, it’s been nice ever since.

Thank God for the weathergirl(s) being wrong some of the time! I managed to get some washing out. Yes I know, how mundane, how insane that I should be excited to get some washing out… Better than hanging it inside on a clothes horse and only managing one wash.

But on the other side of this entire argument of course, I had planned on doing some web work for a local plumber, getting his site finished up, because it was going to be bad weather. Now I have to stare longingly out the window while I do the work, thinking how nice it would be to be outside…
