No way? Although I wonder why the BBC couldn’t just put ‘commit suicide’ instead of ‘self-harm’. It’s like a new-age PC term for it. I should say though, that the article points out that most people ‘self-harm’ BEFORE becoming a Goth. Figures.
And here I am thinking that Goths dress in black, in morose clothing, in morbid coloured make-up, draped in black lace and leather all because they’re happy and carefree… My favourite blog article on this that I’ve found, is by Shentou, entitled ‘Well, no shit’ revisited. His scottish weather crack at the bottom is a winner
