It reaches the astonishing 157mpg by being ultra-light (450kg to be precise), superb aerodynamics (although it looks no more aerodynamic than your average sports car - which leads to questions as to why THEY can’t be more efficient…), and having a two cylinder turbo diesel engine with get this, a whopping 20 hp. 20 hp! And on this, it still reaches 160 km/h.

Loremo also plans on introducing a slightly stronger version with a 50 hp engine that can propel the car to 220 km/h.
