Shack Going Cheap for $1.2 Million

That’s right, that pile of crap you see in the picture is going for $1.2 million — cash.
Yeah I know, he’s nuts. But take a look around his home, that’s downtown Las Vegas, where the real estate developer Steve Wynn paid $250,000 per square foot. His next-door neighbour sold their house for $520,000, so I think you can see why Manuel Corchuelo (the owner of the aforementioned pile of crap) is holding out for $1.2 million.

Looks kinda like my house. Maybe if I move it to vegas I can sell it for a pretty penny. If it survives the move.
