I had to write this because it was amusing to say the least. On slashdot, they reported about a study performed at King’s College in London, finding that spam mail caused a greater loss of IQ than pot! The Brits have also decriminalized possession of small amounts of pot in London, despite objections of many of the establishment. This appears to have been a positive move, and the jails are not full with potheads, and the police can concentrate on real crime.
